Ascent Trip Report

It was on the ski trail sign as a peak and it was in the existing database and I was out for as long as a training hike as I could find that morning so I hurried along the ridge to find this rock outcropping feature that is really a sub peak of Bonneville. Although it does offer some scrambling rocks on the downside towards the skilifts, it had so little prominence that the experience of the top was dwarfed by the much more enjoyable Snow Peak earlier in the sequence. Furthermore, I had to contend with the talus and conifer bushwhack back down to the ski trails and then the ski trails to the bottom which was a bit tedious. Fortunatley Snow Peak was nice and Bonneville gave me both a County HP and Prom County HP.
