Ascent Trip ReportDrove up a hill on Archbold Road and saw the fence that said "no hunting no trespassing" that all of the trip reports talked about and walked through it, it was so eroded that it looked like a log feel on it and broke through it so all I had to do was walk through. I jogged for like a third of a mile on the sand to the first highpoint with a small building that said Red Hill Resort on it and had a big observation tower on it. It said no tresspassing but I was at the highest natural point so I didnt need to go up the tower anyways. I ran around for about 20 minutes exploring and ascending a series of sand dunes that were the other rivaling highpoints. This was one of the most interesting highpoints in Florida that I have visited. Keep your eyes open for wild boars, I saw tons of their nests and a baby boar too!
