Ascent Trip ReportStarted at Hwy 376 about 21 miles from junction with Highway 6. Headed west through scattered sagebrush on a zig zag route to avoid ravines and stay on gradual sloping ridges. At the 8300ft saddle circled around the ridge to the north side of San Antonio mtn. Observed several bighorn sheep. On the descent, decided to drop down a ravine on the east side then climb up to 8300ft saddle to save time. I dont think it was worth the extra elevation gain. Summit had good views of Arc Dome, Jefferson and Table mountains to the north and the White Mountain range to the west.
