Ascent Trip ReportSteve and Stephanie led the CMC trip. Slow getting started and organized. Booted all the way up, including the boulder hop on the ridge, which proved to be a challenge in plastic boots. Eventually made the summit and met Michelle and Nancy from Boulder. We tarried a bit too long on the summit, with the skies darkening to the West. Trip down, steve concerned about Snow stability, ended up walking to a boulder field. The we decided that walking it was more dangerous then skiing, all put our skis back on and had a pretty good descent down on sticky snow. Michelle and Nancy had lead and kicked off a very shallow wet sluff at max slope point, maybe 1" deep at 32 degrees.
