Ascent Trip Report

Hiked Porter and Cascade in the morning, then zipped over to Lake Luzerne to hike Hadley Mtn late in the afternoon. The hike of P & C were very easy, although Porter was not as impressive in terms of views compared to Cascade. Loved the slides heading up Cascade. Many, many hikers that day, which is of no surprise. On the way down, met a family whose young daughter sprained her ankle; I offered assistance but was turned down. I think if I wasn't going to do Hadley that day, I would have spent the entire day on Cascade.
