Ascent Trip ReportStarting off, we headed straight up the slope from the gate at the end of the campground. After a short while we came across many older roadbeds, and eventually a road which we followed up to a little over 7000' where we found a clear use trail which headed directly up the ridge to the summit. The summit had a register box with many, many registers (almost all full). This peak is much more popular than peakbagger would suggest.
From the summit, we headed down the south side towards Double Mountain. This report is continued on my Double Mountain trip report.
