Ascent Trip Report

This highpoint is just slightly off road in Pere Marquette State Park (near intersection of Upper Park Road and Scenic Road. The GPS coordinates listed on peakbagger as of 01-May-11 were not quite correct, they map to a valley nearby (Note: They have since been corrected - thanks Greg!). The actual coordinates are at N38.98638 W90.50328 as far as I could tell, at the base of a tree. There is an excellent view very near here on Scenic Dr, which I highly recommend.

From the visitor center we took the South Hickory and Upper Fern Hollow trails to Scenic Drive and on to the highpoint.
