Ascent Trip Report

An easy open bushwack from the southeast side ..... 2km, 45 minutes RT.

From hwy #20, exit 210 we found our way south on #955 to Warwick. From the center of the village we drove south on rue Saint Joseph (turns to Chemin de Warwick) 4.3km to a left on Chemin du Radar, 1.5km to the crest of the road and a left on a dirt road to a Communication Tower. Park in front of the locked gate at 50M, this is the TH ..... the summit is 20 degrees left of magnetic north at about .8km.

Walk up the dirt road 150M to the Tower, pick up the trail to the right as it immediately turns left and heads north to a low east-west ridge at about 200M. Bushwack a straight line (20 degrees left of magnetic north) to the summit area, always looking for the easy way .... drop down to a flat area then climb to the summit, crossing/following a number of wood tracks in a very open deciduous forest.

The summit has 2 Ski Stations (ski runs are to the northwest), I chose my highground south of the Stations at the edge of the woods, behind the Ski Run sign "Pierre Ling" at a large tree (I added a pink tape to the tree), my GPS read 45.92658, 71.95078. The PB coordinates puts the spot at a lower elevation.
