Ascent Trip ReportNo trails up this badboy and luckily it was still spring and leaves had not budded out so it was easy to bushwhack. Parked at the overlook and then I bushwhacked down to the lower road behind the restroom jsut to add an extra 100 feet of gain. I love to earn a peak and needed the extra gain on my legs. The SW ridge line is the steepest of the three ridge lines and so it was a class 2 hike all the way. Mark must have thought me mad but we busted up the ridge and checked out the rocks near the top to see where a bear might hide in winter. The top is very broad and flat and the views over the SE face are reasonable this time of year since no leaves and is very steep.
