Ascent Trip ReportA nice weekend road trip through Kentucky and Virginia with Patrik and Ingrid. Slept over night in Virgina and set off to the mountain. Some rain and a little fog. We missed the trail to start with, but found our way soon. Nice with the wild horses.
A few thruhikers had lunch with us, at a cabin along AT and we were impressed - we never met an AT thruhiker before.
