Ascent Trip ReportThis was by far the most challenging peak that I have climbed in the Cerro La Muerte massif. There was at the begining a poorly maintained trail that faded away and we were forced to do serious bushwacking at a somewhat difficult incline all the while worrying about poisonous snakes and bugs. But all this made the summit of Cerro Sakira all the more rewarding.
