Ascent Trip Report

Started at Lower camp ground ( around 1:00PM) with snow shoes poles and full packs. Reached upper camp ground at dusk. We were breaking trail through deep snow. Got a late start next morning 8:00am. The section that is steep and traverses up to the saddle seem like a avalanch prone area. Once on the ridge line the wind blew constant 40 to 50 mph. Switched from snow shoes to crampons last 800 ft to the top. Temps were in the 30s.
