Ascent Trip Report

This area can be easily approached from the east or west. I chose the western approach, from Black Plain Road.

I entered the cleared path between addresses 92 and 97. I hiked past junked cars and rusted earthmoving equipment, then a gigantic heap of old auto and tractor tires, and finally I bushwhacked through pine forest to reach a berm covered with debris, which was mentioned in past reports. All the while, I wondered why I thought this was a good idea.
