Ascent Trip ReportThe Mount Washington Road was closed at the MA/CT border because of snow. Approached from the north, found the Frissell Slope Trail to be a river! The past few days had been nonstop rain. After wading up the river, we made it up an unrelated mountain and then up Frissell, and summited. The conditions were harder than I thought they would be- the rain made the remaining snow (deep!) so that we punched through even with snowshoes.
