Ascent Trip Report

I used Fred Lobdell's TR of 2000 (suggested reading), ground conditions have changed in the last 11 years.

Area 1 ..... From I95, exit 83 (Donald Ross Road) drive east 4 miles to hwy 1, turn left and continue north 1.7 miles to a left turn on Bluffs Blvd, at 100 yards turn right on Seashore Drive and park on the corner. Walk (west) up Bluffs Blvd 100 yards to the ridge houses on the right (just before Ridge Drive at a clump of palm trees). On the right is a band of rough scruff, a "Wildlife Preserve", and a path behind the houses. Walk/follow this path north about 200 yards to the highground, I chose my spot at 26.90602, 80.06825 (close to PB).
Another possible highground in this a area is somewhat north of above. Return to the car and drive north on Seashore Drive .25 miles to a left on Knoll Drive, which dead-ends at a traffic circle and a playground area. Park here and walk north 60 yards on an old cement-walk to the top of a bump with 2 concrete pads. I chose a spot between the 2 pads (I believe the same ones referred-to by Lobdell), 26.90758, 80.06978.
A future PB can perhaps identify the highest of the 2.

Area 2 ..... From I95,exit 61 (Lantana Road) drive west .3 miles to a left on High Ridge Road, then south about 1 mile to a height-of-land. On the left (east) is an open lot (after mailbox #6636) with a Caldwell Real Estate sign. I wandered around pretending to purchase the property, 2 other guys were doing the same. The highground is in this lot.
