|Date:||Wednesday, February 23, 2011|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||2871 ft / 875 m|
Ascent Trip ReportThis was an easier hike than I was expecting and the terrain could have been all class 1-2 (I elected to do some class 3 that I could have walked around). The view was also better than I expected - Frenchman Mountain only blocked out views of downtown and Summerlin, but the Strip, Red Rock, and the Spring Mountains were all clearly visible.
