Ascent Trip Report

Got up at 1000 - leisurely start(!) - to climb Omega; short bushwack on high point on route to Niobe put us on the broad N Ridge of Omega; tricky gap before the N Face was passed on the right then got onto steep and exposed (Class 3) face (loose-grassy rock); descent via SW side (steep and very bushy, wet rock); contoured around to the N side with some steep snow and ice and the bergschrund; relaxed back at camp and decided to head over to Garibaldi the next morning
