Ascent Trip Report

On day 2 of my 1996 Wind River backpacking trip with Don Tetzloff, Chris Tetzloff, Jon Buck, and Alan Jensen, we went over Porcupine Pass on our way to Lozier Lakes. The whole trip was a big loop hike in the Green River Lakes region. The first day we hiked from the Green River Lakes TH to around 9400-9500 ft in Porcupine Creek. The second day, we headed over Porcupine Pass, down to Dodge Creek, and then back up to Lozier Lakes via the Clark Creek Trail. When we topped out on Porcupine Pass, we did not summit this small side peak. Back then I guess we were just not as summit driven.
