Ascent Trip ReportDave L and I attacked from the east side, such an attractive peak that I had been meaning to climb for sometime. Very fun winter trip, the snow probably made it easier in parts instead of clamboring over scree and boulders. Ton of snow higher up, we were wallowing in it to gain the summit, care taken with route to avoid cornices from both above and under foot. Pretty windy on top, but nice flat area to check out the amazing views. We also did some volunteer work for the local BLM by collecting the old register and placing a new one. No one had been up there since early October.
