Ascent Trip Report

This was by far the most difficult peak I have summited to date, but also the most rewarding. My wife, my best friend , and I all started out for the summit at 7:20 am. By 10:30 am we had reached the Trail Canyon Saddle 10,200'. It was this point after looking up towards the NE Saddle that my wife said " NO WAY" , so she started back to a predetermined meeting point to wait for us. Onward and upwards for Jeremy and I. After many breaks, and soreness we reached the summit at 1:45pm
A short 15min. stay, and we were off again. We took the "Gully Descent", which was like skiing on scree. Finally we met up Jaime. A short hike, and we were all back at camp ready for some hot food, and Captian Morgan and Hot Cocoa.
