Ascent Trip ReportBeautiful day - sun and clear skies and just a few clouds obscuring the mountain tops. Felt much better today (vs. Carrigain yesterday). Hiked steady up the inclines at the start and slowed down a bit on the bushwacks - beautiful views through the birch glades and along the river. Was a very pretty hike and a lovely trail. Windy up top, but great views. Met a few fast older hikers (Rick B, Giff, Mike) - Rick B finished his winter 48 about 38 years ago!
