Ascent Trip Report

Parked at Sierra Bonita/Franklin; entered via Wattles Park, up canyon to West Ridge.Final ascent was by new use trail ascending from west of summit.
Views encompassed all the ranges from Santa Monicas, the Hollywood sign, through Mount WIlson, Baldy, SG, SJ, Saddleback, Catalina.
Took many pics. At one point a Swedish girl, Domenica, who was hiking up with another pretty girl, asked me if I wanted her to take my picture. I asked if I could take hers. Etc.
Runyon Canyon is a great placed on many levels.
