Ascent Trip ReportAfter finishing third at the Freeport XC race I jumped in the car and drove and hour to get Clark and Hosac. I parked at #244 on Pease road and ran up the road that climbs Clark. Short buswhack from the end of the road to the summit. I decided to head directly south and see if I could just cut cross-country to Hosac. More on that mistake in the ascent of Hosac! It involves cliffs, slippery leaves, blood, and a lost car key...
