Ascent Trip Report

Steep, craggy peak, visible from Route 150. The crux requires you to scramble up a cliff of at least 10-15'(class 4 move) at the lowest point of negotiation along what is otherwise a typical Uinta headwall on the southwest face. To get to the base of the peak (scree slopes) requires a bushwack from route 150. It's a popular hike nevertheless because it is one the the harder peaks in the Uintas and close to a paved highway.
