Ascent Trip ReportHiked this with the Random Group Meetup. Went from the trailhead on Tripoli road. Nice trail - rocky at the bottom and lots of ice covered slabs higher up. Definitely need microspikes from about half way up. Della did great on the way up, but the ice was too much for her paws and she struggled on the way down. Jeff wrapped her paws and we put the booties on and she made it down no problem (had to be carried over a few icy spots). Some clouds, but they cleared nicely for our lunch on the summit. Nice views.
