Ascent Trip Report

Started at Stratton-Arlington Road PA near East branch of Deerfield River, up to summit, then back down to Stratton Pond and out along Stratton Pond Trail to Stratton-Arlington Road near Black Brook, then along the road for a mile back to the car. Beautiful day, cold but fairly clear, not humid, about 6 inches of compacted snow on the summit, but did not need stabilicers for the trail. By the way, the Stratton-Arlington road was in GREAT shape - wide, flat few potholes - did not need a 4 wheeler to drive it.
