Ascent Trip ReportSolo direct ascent from the north-west from RSPB Geltsdale car park near Clesketts. Followed the track up via the marvellous viewpoint on Tindale Fell, the true northern end of the Pennines. Then up to the top with its windshelter, trig point & 'beehive' cairn. Stunning views particularly to the west & north with Helvellyn, Blencathra & Skiddaw all floating above a cloud inversion! Direct cross-country route down.
