|Date:||Friday, September 24, 2010|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||14060 ft / 4285 m|
Ascent Trip ReportClimbed via Bierstadt trail from Guanella Pass. Scrambled over Sawtooth and summited Evans via the West Ridge trail. Too tired from the altitude to go for West Evans or the nearby 13ers. Dusting-to-slightly-more snow on the ground. Somewhat challenging on the part of the Sawtooth traverse as came down from Beirstadt. Snow on ground on Sawtooth eased as moved toward Evans. Willows were a challenge at the end. Nearly a 12-hour day. On the trail from 6:45 a.m. to 6:20 p.m.
