Ascent Trip Report

Take 10th Avenue south and turn right (W) onto Mendosa. A fenced-in water tank crowns the summit. I found a ramp-path opposite #163 Mendosa that led up to the fence, then worked along the fence to the right to highest ground at a very large tree.
