Ascent Trip ReportAccessed from McConnell peak via ridge linking peaks. Once on Tells,stayed right (west) of summit ridge,following random use trails to summit. Summit indistinct between two short boulder piles. No register found. DO NOT DESCEND to west or follow ridge NW toward Loon Lake, no trail was found,just lots of scrub manzanita. Go back north to ridge intercept with ridge forming north bowl of Forni Lake to descend to Forni Lake.
We bushwacked to Forni Lk outlet and caught the Highland trail back to Van Vleck.
