Ascent Trip Report

We were driving back from Cleveland, Ohio to Edmond, Oklahoma and decided to swing by Bellefontaine, Ohio to hit a HP. Unfortunately, we did not pull into town until around 8:45pm at dusk. The HP is located on school grounds and the gate was locked when we arrived. There were no "Keep Out" signs and the website said the HP was on public property, so we jumped the fence, made a quick trek up to the HP, took a picture, and headed back to the car. The whole process took about 10 minutes and then we made our escape. We checked for any cop cars that might be following us and it appeared we'd made an escape into the Ohio night heading west toward Sidney and the eventual next HP in Indiana. HP #12.
