Mt. Liberty (4459) and Mt. Flume ( 4328)

Whitehouse Trailhead just north of Flume Visitor Center, US 3

Distance: 10.2 miles

Description: We'll take the Liberty Spring Trail, which begins on the Franconia Notch bike path. From the bike path, the trail climbs moderately, levels off a bit, then more steeply with switchbacks. There will be a brook crossing (fairly large). There will also be some rough footing in places.
