Ascent Trip ReportMissed the cairns at the Grizzly Lake scramble. Went straight instead of left and up the dirt gully. Ascended the cliff left of the waterfall. Passed N side of lake and went up the benches right of the treeline to just under 8651 and angled over to the low spot on the ridge. Stayed high on the ridge and had to down climb to attain the final spire (with the rod). As I am not as nimble as I once was, down-climbing between the two spires required a leap of faith to the left over enough exposure to sure hurt or worse. I am curious as to the beta on the Copenhagen memorial with the shot glasses on the top of the ridge??
