Ascent Trip Report

The highlight of the Knife Edge the begining. Wow! Great views. Crazy narrow edge with fun scrambling everywhere. Not your typical sissy scrambling class 3 moves..some fun moves where you really had to stop and say hmmmm face forward or backward? Good stuff!
Interesting geology. Proud to see my entire family make the journey and do it with no hesitation including my daughter who is not into the outdoor hiking deal as much as my sons.

But crowed. This is THE hike of all of Maine. The great journey of Maine. This is Maine's version of the classic "Keyhole Climb on Long's Peak" in Colorado. A must do!
