Ascent Trip ReportModerately-steep, yellow-blazed, Chippewa Trail from the southwest side ......3.8 miles, 2 1/2 hour RT.
The summit is a 200-300' long-open-craggy ridge, steel rods embeded in the rock is evidence of an old structure. Good views.
DIRECTIONS TO THE TH ...... From the west in the village of Haverhill, hwy junction #10 & 25, travel east on #25 for 4.8 miles to a left turn on Lime Kiln Road in East Haverhill (from the east this Road is 5 miles from Glencliff). Drive 3 miles north on Lime Kiln Road, staying left at the Y intersection, to a small Chippewa Trail Parking on the right.
