Ascent Trip ReportUS 50 2 miles east of downtown Eureka, NV to signed Windfall Canyon Road. Turn right, follow road for about 7 miles to right hand turnoff onto Rocky Canyon Road at 7800ft. This high clearance rough road then switchbacks north for about 2.5 miles to the microwave and cellular tower covered summit. Windfall Canyon road is in good condition but watch out for falling rocks and steep dropoffs. Did not find a summit register or triangulation benchmark. Thanks to Ken Jones for providing information on the Windfall Canyon road route.
