Ascent Trip Report

- hiked it from Bow Hut...long glacier slog up a small snow ridge (glacial moat) and a 30 foot snow headwall...excellent views into Yoho
- left at 6am and trip from hut to summit to hut took 8-9 hours...big group
- did it on 0 sleep as didn't sleep the night before and had no food for half the day...thought I forgot my lunch at the hut...couldn't find it in my pack...found it buried in my bag around lunch time...must have taken too much crap
