Ascent Trip ReportAfter sitting in Andover trying to beat the pancake challenge at a place called Addie's place and not being successful with two other thru hikers, Twofiddy and Red. I took the leftover hubcap sized pancake as a trail snack. I got going to hike up Old Blue and Bemis Mountain. Both were relatively tough mountains, but then I started to hit the beautiful remote Maine mountain lakes. I ate lunch at one and stopped for a quick break at another.
