Ascent Trip ReportBack in action. Lots of slippery rocks, we got to use our crampons for the first time. This hike was cool, lots of different obstacles to "negotiate". Required much brain power which was enjoyable. Top was very windy and cold, stood there for a few seconds to snap a picture then retreated a few yards down for a lovely lunch. Got caught by a father and son while I was taking a seperation break, couldn't help but laugh.
