Ascent Trip Report While on a family trip to Oahu, I couldn’t help but wonder what it was like to really hike in Hawaii. I did some research and found out that the tallest peak on Oahu is Mount Ka’ala. I also found out that the creators of Hawaiian hiking trails generally don’t believe in switchbacks...
