Ascent Trip ReportNot much of a hill or a hike.
Located northwest of Ancaster on the Niagara Escarpment (a World Biosphere Reserve), travel west on Hwy #403 from Ancaster to exit 55 (#52N, Copetown). At .75km turn right on Jerseyville Road and drive 1.3km to a left turn on Paddy Greene Road. Drive 1.6km and park the car. This is the TH ...... on the left a recently plowed field ends and a wooded forest starts, the Highpoint is to the left (generally west) inside the woods.
Hike west along the end of the plowed field for 200M, then take a right into the woods and bushwack to the summit at 100M, fairly open with a number of trails make the going easy. A flat area but one spot I identified as the Highpoint (my GPS coordinates 43.22688, 80.03802). Fully wooded with no views.
It is noted that this area's 260M topo contour line on the Goggle map is huge and the on-site high ground is not obvious.
