Ascent Trip Report

E peak kicked my ass! Harder sailing than one would think over to A peak. The way down to Carter Notch was steep and I was glad we were going down and not up this slope. We then went directly up to Carter Dome - was as exhausting day hike as I have ever had. Hammocked near this summit and was welcomed to a beautiful sunrise the next morning.
