Ascent Trip Report

WE headed up this mountain in September. Start time was 8am from Moraine Lake parking area.

Unfortunately, one of my hiking partners didn't believe me when I told him that snow should be present on the route (he was new to climbing then). He tried his best in running shoes sloshing up in 4ft snow drifts and icey rock climbs.
After all the rock crux's, we decided to turn around at 11,000ft due to his feet being numb, cold and getting very sore due to the first stages of frostbite.

The mountain will still be there at a later date... no point in loosing toes for it (unless it was Everest)
