Ascent Trip ReportPerfect weather for finally bagging this peak. So clear, we could see the observatory on top of Washington. Planned to hike over to Jackson but the Webster-Jackson trail non-existent. We bushwacked to the Mitzpuh hut and then bushwacked again to the Crawford Path. Came out above the true Mitzpuh cutoff intersection. A hungry gray jay was eating out of Jim's hand. Probably one of my slowest hikes because my knee was acting up again. Don't think I'll be hiking again until I have it taken care of.
