Ascent Trip ReportSouth Ridge of Ama Dablam. First Himalayan summit in a non-commercial expedition using no fixed ropes. 3 camps: one where the climbing starts on the south ridge, second on the red tower and third where the mushroom ridge ends on the plateau below the hanging glacier. Very long summit day climbing to the summit and returning all the wey to basecamp.
