US County High Point Links

Gustav Sexauer has self-identified as interested in climbing to the high points of counties in the United States.

I have always been drawn to mountains for challenging skiing, yet I have struggled with non-snow hobbies. Luckily I came across the county highpointer's website a few years ago and I was instantly sold. My current list of vague plans for climbs far exceeds what I have accomplished, and I don't believe that will ever change. It's difficult to be from the Midwest and be taken seriously in the alpine world, but I'm in the mountains to learn what they will teach me either way. My appreciation for the fantastic views and difficult hikes will forever stay strong. Keep your tips up!

Highest Point Reached: North Pole Chute on South Lewanee Peak at Arapahoe Basin ski area.
Favorite Climb: Wilson Peak, Gallatin County, Montana
