William Chen

My current short-term goal is to reach 200 total peaks done on the Hundred Peaks Section list by the end of 2018. There's a 50/50 chance that may happen; I don't want to spend every weekend doing HPS peaks. My "silver medal" consolation goal is just to match the number of HPS peaks done in 2017 - 60. I also want to get enough DPS peaks to join the section.

Peaks I Like

I don't have too many standards for peaks. I like high prominence peaks, and peaks with nice views in general. Really, I like all peaks; I don't like it when people talk down about certain mountains.

Regarding Lists

I'm not opposed to hiking a peak more than once on a list. I think checking off a peak and actively refusing to ever come back to any peaks on a list is disrespectful. I'm generally opposed to removing peaks from lists, unless there is an extremely compelling reason like high crime or lack of legal access.
