Ascent Trip Report

One of the more challenging climbs of the first ten I have done. It's a relatively short climb to the High Peak for CT but I sailed right past it the first time around. I circled back and met some other trail walkers having lunch at the South Slope of Mount Frissell. Happy to have knocked out CT before the weather got bad.

On the right side of the path and a little obscured if you are not really keeping alert. Views along the path to the high peak are fantastic. I could only imagine was a clear day would do for the views (2014-10-12). Photo by Chuck Engle.
