| Motorized Transport to Trailhead:||Car|
| Elevation:||2448 ft / 746 m|
Ascent Trip ReportOn the S side of the mtn find the fish hatchery near Skookum Creek. You'll be greeted by gates and this is private forest land. Signage may or may not be favorable and the parking is not the best. But it is pure logging terrain rather than residential beyond the gates. Simply hike the roads as mapped mostly. You'll switchback up the SW slope and then get to about 2300' on the WNW of the peak. From here the map shows a trail/track but in fact this is a road with new gravel on top. Hike this until near the peak and then find a spur heading pretty much due N just a bit to the W of the peak. Once you seem close jump off into the woods and find the summit. A summit. Any summit. It is pretty flat and wooded here and this is one of those ones where you really have no idea where the top is. But do your due diligence and call it good.
