Ascent Trip ReportWalked across the ice of Lake of the Isles in the late evening to the island, and I found faint paths leading to the brushy High Point area. Later I found out that this island (and nearby Mikes Island) are closed to the public as wildlife habitat restoration areas, but I did not see any signs in the cold, snow, and darkness of winter. No one else was around on this frigid night.
